Sandra L. Kearse-Stockton

Sandra L. Kearse-Stockton hails from York, Pennsylvania. She was born Sandra Lee Smallwood in 1949, one of seven siblings. She is the author of the trilogy, “480 Codorus Street.”   Surviving Unpredictability, Trials and Tribulations and Endurance. She served in the U.S. Army / Air Force and National Guard as a nurse for 30 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. She has been married to Aaron Stockton for fifty-plus years who is also a 20-year retired veteran. She is a mother of four children and lost her youngest son due to crime. They have several grands and great-grands and somehow managed to collect three college degrees along the way. Together they have fostered over 100 children in the Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland areas for 26 years and were foster parents of the year several times.
